LIC-2's Program Ready, Set, Grow Spanish

Service Description

Our 2’s Program is a warm, play-based, and gently structured experience designed for children ages 16 months to 3 years. This two-hour program, offered twice a week, is a caregiver/child class with a thoughtful, gradual separation approach that supports toddlers as they begin building independence in a secure and nurturing environment. Through consistent routines and a calm, welcoming structure, children are gently introduced to a school-like setting while caregivers remain nearby, allowing each child to transition at their own pace. Each session offers a balance of guided activities and free exploration, including circle time, sensory play, movement, music, early science exploration, cooking experiences, and arts & crafts. Activities are developmentally appropriate and designed to encourage socialization, listening skills, confidence, and early problem solving. The program is fully bilingual (Spanish–English) and no previous Spanish experience is required. Language is introduced naturally through play, songs, routines, and interaction. Children new to Spanish absorb the language in an organic and pressure-free way, while children who already hear Spanish at home benefit from continued exposure, reinforcement, and peer interaction that builds confidence and fluency. This program is ideal for families seeking a gentle bridge between playgroups and preschool, offering meaningful learning, emotional support, and a predictable routine that helps toddlers and caregivers feel ready for the next step.
