Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Classes canceled by Blah Blah Nico due to weather, park closures, or holidays will be rescheduled or credited— no refunds. Missed classes by families are non-refundable, though make-ups may be offered when space allows. Families must provide a valid email and phone number to receive updates. Deposit & Payment Policy Families may choose one of two payment options when registering: Pay in Full Pay the entire program tuition at the time of registration. Deposit + Remaining Balance Pay the required non-refundable deposit to reserve your child’s spot. The deposit is applied toward the total program tuition. The remaining balance is due no later than the first day of class and may be paid in person or via Zelle or Venmo. Non-Refundable Deposit The deposit is non-refundable if a family cancels, withdraws, changes their plans, or does not attend the program, as the space has been reserved specifically for their child. A child’s spot is not confirmed until either the deposit or full tuition payment has been received. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the first day of class may result in the spot being released. If Blah Blah Nico Cancels the Program If Blah Blah Nico cancels the entire program before it begins, families will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. Individual classes canceled due to weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances will follow BBN’s regular cancellation and make-up policy.
